Performance Software and its sister company, Talent Tier, are medium-sized companies with a great work/life balance, specializing in providing innovative embedded software to our client companies. We are looking for passionate Software or Systems Engineers to design and develop software solutions for upcoming Avionics Safety System projects. These can be full-time[1] with great benefits or hourly[2] with excellent hourly rates, and Medical/Dental/Vision benefits are available. Salary range is $75,000-$145,000 depending on experience. Hourly rates range from $80 to $110 per hour. You can work from your home.

• Significant Avionics Safety Systems experience
• Knowledge of DO-178 Development Standards
• Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related scientific discipline
• Systems engineering experience with software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
