Intelligent Waves has an immediate need for a 2d BN MAD System Engineer CDAP (Cyber Defense Assistance Program) Technology Analyst to support our mission critical work in support of our government customer at Ft. Belvoir.

Intelligent Waves has an immediate need for a 2d BN MAD System Engineer CDAP (Cyber Defense Assistance Program) Technology Analyst to support our mission critical work in support of our government customer at Ft. Belvoir.
Location: This Cyber System Engineer position is based in Virginia at Ft. Belvoir.
Security Clearance: This Cyber System Engineer must have the ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret.
Employees are required to follow all company and customer site COVID-19 protocols.
- Identify friendly unit vulnerabilities and assess the Operations Security posture by reviewing the
organization's Operations Security standard operating procedures, Operations Security plan, and policies for compliance
through passive observation, interviews, trash analysis, and open source research. - Augment and support the defensive assessment to identify friendly unit vulnerabilities and assess an organization's ability to protect its critical
information. - Provide an evaluation in the form of a written report on the organizations Operations Security posture,
training, and guidance as needed. - Conduct all-source analytic production of future and current leading-edge technologies and their military applications worldwide. Projects the discovery, development, and deployment of advanced technologies and their potential impact on U.S. forces worldwide.
- Provides risk assessments on the transfer and diversion of defense and dual-use U.S. technologies and assesses national security implications associated with foreign involvement in critical U.S. defense technology and defense sectors.
- Produces intelligence for the U.S. National, Defense and Acquisition Communities.
- Conducts all-source analysis to identify, exploit, and assess potential threats, transfer, and vulnerabilities to defense supply chains
List of Qualifications:
- Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for a MAD System Engineer.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
- Demonstrate ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Required Qualifications
IAT Level II- Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP)
- Active TS or higher clearance (Must Have)
- Army Information Operations Planner Course (AIOPC) after employment begins
