Job description
We are looking for a System Developer to join our Data & Development team.
You’ll be working as a member of a development and delivery team helping to shape our existing applications and software developments and to develop new solutions from integrations and logic hooks to new CRM modules and bespoke functionality.
As a part of your role you’ll be also contributing to the design tasks for solutions and providing workload estimates for changes and iteratively delivering those changes. Your tasks may also cover reverse engineering and redesigning some of the legacy applications ensuring that the functionality will meet modern standards from functionality and usability perspective.
Our main development environment has been .NET which still continues to power many of our systems, but we are now expanding our platforms towards Open Source driven development based on platforms such as PHP, Joomla and new front end frameworks like Django or Angular / Symphony.
Knowledge and experience of working with REST API and Web Services is essential for this role too.
