We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support for a 6 month FTC in all aspects of our People Systems, data and process in the delivery of People systems services to the business.

A bit about the role...
The successful candidate will be supporting managing the delivery of activities, providing the relevant technical expertise, and ensuring that services are meeting the business needs and creating a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation.
- Run the business as usual and maintain our instance of the People System, which includes Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, LMS including second line mailbox query support.
- Implement, maintain, and follow strict change management and controls/compliance.
- Provide technical support for system upgrades and ensure the wider team are prepared for the new system changes.
- Complete the UAT on the releases/ upgrades for all releases and service packs, including regression testing and new enhancement testing.
- Support multiple small to medium scope projects, including requirement gathering, developing work breakdowns and project plans, track task status and escalate as needed to keep projects on schedule.

- Tech savvy with the drive to learn new systems and processes
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment, completing work with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a Shared Services environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Experience of managing and configuring a HCM platform would be advantageous
