Job description

This position provides project and departmental support with a focus on organizing and monitoring audit requirements for Customer Operations. Participates in maintaining documentation to meet current regulatory requirements. Serves as primary contact for all SOP-related records, changes and document updates.


Main Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Organizes and prepares reports as needed to support internal and regulatory audit needs.
  • Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Meets with stakeholders to communicate audit objectives, decisions, and issues.
  • Coordinates with internal audit support on progress and timeline, requesting extensions only when appropriate.
  • Uploads supporting audit documents to shared portal.
  • Assesses opportunities for interdepartmental and site harmonization of practices.
  • Establishes, implements and manages processes to draft and edit departmental SOPs in an electronic document management system (for example, OneVault).
  • Assists with development of SOP documents when necessary.
  • Communicates and collaborates with other departments to ensure documentation is current and accurate.
  • Maintains confidential information including, but not limited to, proprietary corporate information, specifications of products, product information, customer information and personal performance.
  • Resolves issues and answers questions with highest degree of quality and accuracy in accordance with company vision and values.
  • Ethically and responsibly complies with all company standards, guidelines, standard operating procedures, and all applicable laws.
  • Works on a variety of assigned special projects.

  • Internal candidates must be in current position for a minimum of 6 months and meet eligibility requirements for changing positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team or lead a team.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with employees and other internal/external contacts.
  • Strategic mindset. Good problem solving & decision-making skills.
  • Medical device/pharmaceutical reporting, or other experience working in a regulatory environment.
  • Must be able to use PC and have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Must be organized, self-motivated, detail oriented and display the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Must work with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • SAP, Salesforce or ERP experience preferred.
  • Experience with internal or regulatory audits preferred.
  • Document control experience preferred.
  • Experience with OneVault a plus.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and changing processes.
  • Perform accurate and complete work, within deadlines, with or without direct supervision. #LI-AA
