Job description
Volta Trucks, a hypergrowth European Electric Truck Manufacturer, is looking for a Quality Systems Administrator to join our Vehicle Programme Quality team. The role is flexible with a mix of remote working and occasional travel to Volta sites.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an ambitious scale-up where you will have the opportunity to contribute and make a difference from day one to provide support and share the direction of the quality function.
What you will do:
Reporting to the Quality Vehicle Programme Lead, you will be responsible for the administrative process to ensure accurate data to create, prepare and generate reports.
- Responding and dealing with process queries for our Concern Management internal process
- Monitoring and managing queries with the support of SQA Engineers for approvals and closure issues.
- Supporting the Team by ensuring data in our Quality Systems (Concern Management and EQMS) is recorded and documented correctly.
- Reviewing the Business Management System (BMS) Content
- Supporting the administrative process for internal audits
- Generating weekly reports whilst supporting the wider Quality departments - Vehicle Programme Quality, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Compliance
We would like you to have:
- Strong experience within administration within a technical function
- Organised and structured approach to data.
- Previous exposure to Quality management systems and fault management.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office (particular with PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools for data and reporting (e.g. Power BI, eazyBI, etc) a plus.
- JIRA development / experience – desirable or advantageous
