M A Security Systems Ltd is looking for a Security Systems Administrator to join our team. Experience within the Industry will be preffered and training will be given to the successful applicant.
The Security Systems Administrator role will include but will not be limited to the below responsibilites:
Responsibilites:
- Day to day running of the office
- Service and Maintenance
- Purchasing
- Accounts - Chasing Monies
- Compliance
- Filing
- Booking Works - Installations, Maintenances, Remedials, Call Outs
- Fleet Management
Skills:
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills, must be able to manage workflow and meet deadlines
- Thorough attention to detail
- Must be able to work on their own and use initiative
- Familiatity with Microsoft Office Package (word / excel) and InstallerPro software
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
