Job description
In this role, you’ll be assisting with the administration of network, server and cloud systems within JAM – a thriving CRM marketing agency with diverse Windows, Linux and MacOS environments. You’ll also be a leading role within the IT team with any day-to-day IT support issues that may come up.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain server, network, cloud, and DevOps infrastructure
- Take ownership of projects to implement new, or improved services
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
- Update and expand on internal documentation
- Support the day-to-day operations and facilities for all employees
Desired skills and experience
- 2+ year degree in Computer Science or Systems Administration
- 0-3 years of working experience in IT
- Experience working with Server operating systems such as Windows and Linux
- Experience with cloud service providers (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with end-user operating systems such as Windows and macOS
Understanding of:
- Microsoft Active Directory and its services (DNS, GPO, etc.)
- Cloud-based services and applications (O365, Adobe CC, etc.)
- Server virtualization, storage, and backups
- Networking and security principles
- Documenting assets, configurations, and processes
