Job description
The Systems Administrator performs administrative functions to support the operation of the 30+ IRS contact centers, with a focus on managing the inventory and distribution of agent hardware devices to the 18,000 + users. May also be tasked with creating user profiles and accounts. Other duties may include setting up administrator accounts and maintaining system documentation. Interacts with users and evaluates vendor products. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery. Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
Skills/Experience:Junior to Mid Level –
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity.
· 3-5 years’ experience in the contact center technology domain.
· Must have familiarity with contact center concepts, terminology, and technologies.
· Skills and experience with Microsoft Office products specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
