What are we looking for?
You’ll need to be a strong, pro-active administrator interested in researching, planning and delivering events. We’re committed to develop those who are looking to grow and become industry experts, so you’ll have ample opportunity for career progression and management opportunities, if you have:
. Minimum grade B/6 in Maths and English Language at GCSE (or the equivalent IB) and a strong set of A Levels.
· A pro-active and positive attitude, including a passion for results and making things happen.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (Email campaigns and phone work are essential to the role)
· A desire to develop skills and grow both as an individual and as an employee.

What will you be doing?
Event administrators produce high-quality, profitable conferences and brief other departments to deliver excellent experiences for all our delegates, speakers and sponsors while maintaining productivity levels. You will therefore be responsible for the creation of the event from the very beginning! Because of this, there is a great deal of responsibility and they must be able to deal with what can be a challenging, but ultimately very rewarding, occupation. You will need exceptional organisational, research, English grammar and creative writing skills as well as being a commercial, ambitious, high-energy self-starter. A great eye for detail and the ability to handle yourself professionally on the phone and face-to-face are also needed. This role suits individuals who are extremely hyphenate; who can manage their time, innovate, and lead at the same time and from day one.
As an already experienced producer we expect all applicants to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of profitable events and the following skills from day one:
. In depth sales and telephone research.
. Programme and commercial copy writing.
. Speaker acquisition of top brands.
. Project lifecycle and task prioritisation – hitting deadlines!
. Quality indicators for a conference.
. Understanding what makes or breaks the commercial success of a conference.
. Excel and data planning/management.
. LinkedIn strategy and ROI.
. External stakeholder management - speaker liaison/sponsor speakers.
. Internal stakeholder management and collaboration.
. Live event operations.
. Topic generation.
