Job description

Adams Pools Solutions is a family-owned company with generations of experience building and renovating thousands of pools each year with an annual gross income of over $50 million.

We are looking for a Swimming Pool Supervisor/Manager with prior swimming pool construction and remodel experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Work with coordinators to maintain jobsite schedule and materials for successful completion of project.
Meet with crew and make sure they understand the scope of the job.
Oversee and supervise remodel of swimming pool from start to finish.
Interface and communicate with the customer to provide the best customer service.
Confirm all the swimming pool construction and warranty work orders are completed on time.
Report and complete punch list and close-out on swimming pool projects.
Collaborate with sales team on issues and fixes on jobsite where needed.
Attend at all construction and company meetings.
Bring all projects in on budget, in scope, and on time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must have a minimum of two years, swimming pool construction experience.
Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Must have a hands-on approach to ALL problems and issues that will arise during construction.
Must be willing to work occasional extra hours when necessary.
Must have the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to lead people and gain their respect.
The ability to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and crews.
On occasion, this position will require some climbing, balancing, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting and from time to time performing physical labor.
Work is in an outdoor environmental condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $88,400.00 per year
