Based in Liverpool and operating in the not for profit sector, Charities Trust is an ambitious organisation and a leader in its field managing in the region of £100 million of donations for leading global corporate brands.
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with experience of customer service and enjoys problem solving. This fast-paced and varied role requires someone with fantastic attention to detail and tenacity, as well as a friendly manner, with the skill set to communicate confidently with a wider range of people.
The successful candidate will provide general support and excellent customer service across all Charities Trust Operations. You will undertake ‘day to day’ administrative duties to facilitate a range of services, including Payroll Giving, Charities Verification, Appeals, Fundraising campaigns and donor/client communications for activities to support payroll giving migration over the next 12 months.
- Migrating existing clients and onboarding them to our new IT systems
- Using internal resources, to answer general queries, in an efficient and professional manner
- Working with colleagues across Charities Trust to achieve query resolution
- Sourcing and chasing bank details and vetting evidence from charities/good causes
- Handling data in line with current Data Protection laws and CT policy
- Processing and verifying data
Job Types: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract, Graduate
Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
