As the SVP of Payments Engineering for Xplor Technologies, you play a crucial role in leading and managing the payments engineering department. Your responsibilities involve overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Core Responsibilities

Lead testing across Payments.
- Guide payments side on strategy
- Guide team to tell the testing story through metrics and measurements

Global Application support teams
- Ensure we have follow -the -sun support for payments and core services
- India for Payments
- Deliver on initiatives coming out of India

Global Billing, Settlement, Funding, and Statements
- Deliver on initiatives for billing and settlement for both global and US platforms

Leadership Coaching
- Provide coaching to VP’s and Directors around leadership

Metrics
- Provide metrics reporting over all core responsibilities
- Experience leading high performing, geographically dispersed technical teams
- Experience with agile software SDLC
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
