Job description
You will fulfil a role similar to that of a Business Support Assistant, and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, customers, and visitors. You will specifically support the Admissions & Group Sales (A&GS) team who are responsible for the customer journey from enquiry to online booking, to arrival at our sites. The key objective of the A&GS team is to develop the business across our 77 staffed sites by increasing visitor numbers and maximising opportunities for income generation, whilst ensuring high standards of customer service.
This is a 2 year fixed-term appointment and you will be supported with a Business Administration SCQF Level 6 SVQ.
