Job description
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Team Leader who wants to make a difference. Someone who is passionate about people and the environment, who wants to lead and nurture their team to be happy, motivated and deliver excellence. Do you have drive and a vision, and would you like the chance to make a big difference with respect to the lives of your team and the planning for housing, industry etc in the East Midlands?
This is a big challenge, but for the right individual, with the right drive and desire this could be a chance to change the status quo, to leave a mark and start something big. We are looking for someone who wants to improve things for people and wildlife. Someone who we can trust with leading and managing one of our teams, knowing they will get the best out of those talented individuals.
Ideally you will have some experience of the planning system, but this is not essential. This will be a fixed term contract until 31 July 2024 with the strong possibility of becoming permanent.
