**Sushi Chef (Short Term Contract)**We are looking for a talented and experienced sushi chef to join our team for a short term contract of 2 months in our restaurant in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) for consulting and improving our restaurant. 2 months of experience in Riyadh. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes, reviewing and enhancing our menu items, and training our staff on sushi making techniques and standards.**Responsibilities:**- Prepare sushi dishes according to our recipes and customers' preferences- Review and enhance our sushi menu items to attract more customers and increase sales- Train our staff on sushi making techniques, quality standards, and food safety practices- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and sanitation regulations- Provide feedback and suggestions to the restaurant manager on sushi operations and customer satisfaction**Requirements:**- Proven work experience as a sushi chef in a reputable sushi restaurant- Excellent knowledge of various sushi types, ingredients, and equipment- Ability to slice, cut, and fillet different kinds of fish with precision and speed- Ability to create appealing and innovative sushi dishes and presentations- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders simultaneously- Ability to train and supervise other staff members- Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus- Availability to work during our opening hours, including weekends and evenings**Benefits:**- Competitive salary based on experience and skills- Accommodation and transportation provided by the restaurant- Opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise in sushi making- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment- Opportunity to learn from other chefs and cuisinesJob Type: Temporary contractContract length: 2 monthsSalary: £8,000.00-£16,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application question(s):Will you be able to reliably commute or relocate to Riyadh City for this job?Experience:Sushi Chef: 5 years (required)
