Job description
We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team of experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment of a variety of assets including land, buildings and other structures. The Surveyor is responsible for the preparation of detailed reports which include areas such as condition assessment and determination of replacement costs. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in construction and real estate, and will work directly with advisors to help make informed decisions about the repair, maintenance and acquisition of properties.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing accurate survey data by using equipment and mathematical and statistical analysis.
- Conduct field investigations, surveys, and studies in accordance with established procedures.
- Interview and interact with clients.
- Be aware of any dangers to self or property that may be encountered during the survey process.
- Analyse recorded data to determine accurate survey findings.
- Report findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain a positive customer relationship throughout the survey process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £38,315.00-£41,954.00 per year
