The Role
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking to take they career to the next level.
The Project Manager will oversee a range of projects in the southern region. Our client takes pride in delivering top-notch, accurate surveys to their esteemed clients in various industries such as transport, construction, building, and property. If you are enthusiastic about managing diverse surveying projects and leading a team of surveyors, we would love to hear from you. As part of their established team of Project Managers, you will receive ongoing support from their operational and business development team.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Managing multiple projects from initial quotation to final invoicing
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborating with the management team to maintain and enhance operational excellence
- Leading and developing a skilled team of surveyors
To be considered for this position, it is essential that you meet the following criteria:
- Experience and technical knowledge in Land and/or Utility Surveying
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with Health and Safety systems and their practical application
- Possession of a valid UK driving license
While not mandatory, it would be advantageous if candidates held a relevant Health and Safety qualification such as IOSH or SMSTS.
