Dogs Trust has exciting plans to grow its reach and impact over the next ten years with the launch of our new organisational strategy. In fact, we’ve been helping dogs for over 130 years. In that time, we’ve found forever homes for hundreds of thousands of our faithful friends, dramatically reduced numbers being put to sleep, and helped to all but eliminate strays from the UK’s streets. We've also established universal microchipping, campaigned tirelessly on important issues such as puppy smuggling and grown influence and impact on the international stage. But we know there’s so much more to do. There are still millions of dogs - and people who love dogs - around the world who need support.
None of our achievements and ambitions would be possible without our amazing supporters and we are now looking for a Supporter Retention and Loyalty Programme Manager help us deliver and develop our stewardship and retention strategy to demonstrate how much we value our supporters' commitment to our vision and deepen their engagement with Dogs Trust
As the Supporter Retention and Loyalty Programme Manager, you will play a vital role in managing the business planning and delivery of our multi-channel Individual Giving activities. Leveraging all available channels and products, you will maximize the recency, frequency, and value of income from our existing supporter base. In addition, you will develop initiatives, channels, and tailored supporter journeys to drive long-term giving.
You will ensure all campaigns are project-managed appropriately to deliver high-quality communications within monitoring and evaluating activity on an ongoing basis, managing a high performing team you will also Develop and monitor budgets, including regular forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation.
To succeed in this role, you must be an excellent communicator with experience in managing multiple campaigns across online and offline channels. You will relish the opportunity to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, agencies, and suppliers, to deliver integrated activities. Your expertise in copywriting, coupled with your ability to evaluate campaign performance, will drive the continuous improvement of our communications with supporters.
