Job description
We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Support Workers to offer support to individuals with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.
We cover the areas of Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea.
Please note that this is an Outreach Support Role and you will be required to support individuals in the community on a day-to-day basis. No two days are the same in this enriching role.
Your working day may involve any of the following:
- Supporting an individual within their home environment to develop their daily living skills.
- Engaging in a number of fun activities of their choice within the community.
Job Summary

Candidate Eligibility
In order to be considered for this position candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
- Candidates must live in London or within the M25 to apply.
- Vaccination for Covid-19.
- Willing to wear PPE when supporting clients.
- To take lateral flow tests when supporting our more vulnerable clients if/when required.
- Eligible to work in the UK
- The ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is essential.
- At least one years' experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and or Autism.
