Our friendly team at Meallmore are looking for Support Workers to join them in Willow Lodge Care Home. Situated on Windsor Road in Falkirk, Willow Lodge features pleasant private courtyard and charming outdoor surroundings. Our purpose-built care home provides exceptional recovery focused, step down and rehabilitation nursing care to our clients aged 18-65 who are experiencing enduring mental health issues.
Support Worker - Willow Lodge Care Home, Falkirk
£10.50 per hour + overtime rates + benefits - 34.5 hours per week - day shift.

You will be an important part of the team, supporting the Senior Support Workers and Nurses in delivering the highest standards of support to our residents.
You will already have gained previous experience in a similar role and this, combined with the training and support you will receive, means you will settle into your new role in no time.
You will take pride in setting an example of high-quality support and care giving.
You’ll work in a newly commissioned mental health facility and you’ll be a founding member of a brand new dedicated team, so you will really have the chance to make a difference.
