We’re on the hunt for health care assistants who thrive on supporting and helping others and enjoy working as part of a team. From supporting service users with their physical, social, and emotional care needs to help them reach their daily goals, you’ll be excited to
jump into the day-to-day.

You’ll also be pretty nifty when it comes to keeping records up-to-date, working within expected guidelines and participating in the safe delivery of care.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Supporting service users with their personal care needs and providing health supervision as needed.
  • Identifying resident care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual residents and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.
  • Assuring the quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; measuring health outcomes against resident’s care goals and standards; making or recommending necessary adjustments.
  • Establishing a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Monitoring all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.
  • Consulting and coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate residents' care plans.
