IMMEDIATE START

Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our brand new Supported Living Service in Darlington.

You will be supporting people with mental health conditions, who are autistic, have challenging behaviour and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.

We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanour when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Include ‘In’ Autism. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will be joining an organisation who is a multiple national award winning organisation and who values its employees.

About You

You don't need to have experience, but it is essential that you share our values. As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those we support, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us. We will support you through your Level 2 qualification, so you become a fully qualified Support Worker

Part-time hours: 40 - 48 per week
