Our fabulous #TeamFundraising is recruiting now for a dedicated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join them as a full-time Fundraising Support Officer on a 6-month, fixed term contract.
The Role
As a Fundraising Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing high quality administrative support to our Fundraising and Marketing & Comms teams, operational colleagues and donors. You will assist with writing and gathering content for Cornerstone’s fundraising media including internal and external newsletters, social media, annual report, website and other publications.
Part of your role will include responding to enquiries, internal colleagues and external donors via email, telephone or in person promptly along with co-ordinating team meetings and minute-taking.

We’ll need you to bring;
- A polite, professional and friendly manner
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to prioritise your workload and work independently
- Great problem-solving skills with a positive can do attitude and approach
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence to communicate with colleagues, customers and stakeholders at all levels
