More about the role
We are looking for confident, resilient and friendly Support Workers to join a team working alongside people with autism encouraging them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. You must be reliable, diligent and happy to work independently and as part of a team. As a Support Worker you will promote positive health and well-being of the people that you support, enabling them to have a meaningful life and be involved in a range of activities chosen by the person supported.
