Our staff team are great, and some of there responsibilities are but not restricted to:
- Maintain homes
- Complete personal care
- Moving and positioning
- enabling the people we support to maintain relationships with family and friends
- Planning trips away and holidays.
we are looking for support workers who have the same interests as the people we support and are happy to get involved with every aspect of all there lives.
Your values:
Our ideal team member will be willing to work towards gaining a Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent experience (paid, voluntary or personal experience)
You will be willing to take the time to get to know us and communicate clearly so I know what's happening. It's important that you're reliable and that we have common interests, but you also need to be able to get on with the rest of my team.
