Responsibilities and Duties of a Support Worker:
Your role as a Support Worker will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
You should have;
- An enthusiasm and interest in working with autism and/or mental health diagnosis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A willingness to go the extra mile
- A flexible approach that respects individual differences
- An ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative.
Due to the location of the home, you will need access to your own transportation as public transport is not optional
