Job description
The role holder will be the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors to the School. They will perform various reception desk duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails and enquiries, handling mail, and providing general customer support. Working with the admin team, they will also support core functions of the School e.g. assessment, modularity and student records.
Applicants should have recent administrative experience and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be sensitive and empathetic to students from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. They should have good IT skills, be able to multitask and work collaboratively and flexibly.
