Job description

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You’ll be working 38.5 hours a week, covering days and nights, between 7:30am - 8pm and 7:30pm - 8am (Week 1: Mon, Tues, Sat, Sun / Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, on New Dawn Ward.

Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.

You will be working on New Dawn Ward which is a 9 bed specialist Tier 4 service, providing treatment, care and support for women with a personality disorder who are ready to engage in therapy.

As an active member of our dynamic team, you’ll provide support for our nursing staff including the admission, assessment, implementation and discharge of inpatients, with a focus on dignity and safety at all times.
