We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our passionate, highly trained and experienced teams in our Middleton Oaks – Small Group Living service

About Middleton Oaks:
- Currently two purpose-built households providing homes for 8 residents each – both linked by a beautiful indoor & communal winter garden with a third coming soon!
- Developed for people who wish to lead as independent a life as possible but require a high level of practical nurturing support. Often those who enjoy this kind of lifestyle live with the onset of dementia
- A homely environment with spacious ensuite rooms, shared kitchen, dining room & lounge
- High staff to resident ratios
Our Support workers:
- Provide bespoke care and support
- Promote independence as much as possible
- Assist residents with personal care and hygiene
- Offer daily help & support at mealtimes
- Monitor and record resident care using our electronic care planning system – personalised for each resident
- Contribute to everyday tasks such as meal preparation, washing up, housework, laundry & gardening
The Opportunity:
- part time & Full time hours available (we can offer hours between 18 – 24.5) just speak with us!
- Join us on days & you will work across (7am – 3pm / 2.30pm – 9pm)

- Discuss and support you through many training & development opportunities
- Support Co-owner wellbeing - promoting use of our extensive facilities: spa, gym, pool, woodland walks, art studio, library, plus many more!
- Offer discounted food & drink from our on-site farm shop and orangery café
- Ensure you always have someone to talk to, either on-site or via our 24/7 EAP service
