This isn't a typical Support Worker role. You'll be caring for people and having days out, trips and helping people experience extra curicular activites.
We're looking for male Support Workers who can share your personal experiences and hobbies with the people we care for.
Contract: Permanent contract, full time and part time roles available
Hours: Mornings, afternoons, evenings or night shifts available.
Pay: £23,500 to £25,000 per year plus a £600 car allowance and 45p per mile paid to you.

You will form part of a team with other Team Leaders and Support Workers, working together for successful outcomes for our residents. You will have additional support from the Supported Living Manager and Registered Manager.

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
- Taking people out on day trips and extra curricular activitiers such as walking and cycling.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
