Service Needs:
Complex care (No experience needed all training given)
Shifts Available Varying hours
- Monday to Friday 07:00 - 09:00 09:00 - 16:00 16:00 - 20:00 not all shifts available every day
- Sunday 07:00 - 11:00 and 11:00 - 20:00
Skills and personal characteristics needed to be a carer are;
- Caring and kind.
- Cheerful and friendly.
- Willing to be hands-on with the client at all times while following their plan.
- Willing to do personal care tasks (washing, toileting, etc.)
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Able to work in a team but use their own initiative.
- Quick learner.
- Someone with a great and positive attitude.
- Good with companionship.
- Support worker with lots of confidence.
- Someone who is friendly and loves to have a laugh.
- Excellent listening skills.
- A passionate person with a genuine interest in caring for others.
