Are you a support worker looking for an exciting new role?
Are you looking to utilise your skillset within support and customer care roles in an office environment?
Juice are delighted to be working alongside a well-known organisation located in Bristol City Centre, in their search for Senior Customer Advisors on a temporary basis for 12 weeks with the possibility of a permanent opportunity, beginning the 20th February.
This would be an amazing opportunity for anyone who has previously worked within support work, customer service and customer care roles and looking to utilise their talents in an exciting new office-based role.
You Will Be:
- Providing a comprehensive face-to-face customer support experience.
- Responding effectively to a high volume of customer queries
- Contribute to the review of service processes, making recommendations to improve service delivery and performance.
- Following procedures, working within service standards and to business targets
- Providing detailed and accurate information and analysis of case history and case updates.
You Will Need:
- Be empathetic and detail-oriented.
- Be passionate about providing a high-quality customer service experience.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have the ability to follow procedures and policies.
- Previous office-based experience preferred but not necessary (Full training provided!)
