About the Role
In this role, you will become part of the support team to ensure a high quality of care and support is delivered to individuals within the Kennoway Service, which offers support to individuals not only in a shared living facility in Kennoway but also on an outreach basis within areas of Glenrothes.
Within this Service specifically we provide high quality support and guidance to individuals, predominantly adults, who require assistance with hands on personal care, complex care needs such as peg feeding, rescue medication for epilepsy, through to assisting with daily household tasks within their own areas of the shared living facility or their own homes. The type of support we provide is from 24/7 care to a few hours per day/week.
The service and support we provide is built around the individual, taking on board their needs, choices and aspirations. No day is ever the same, but every day is rewarding to see how much joy these individuals get from the support they receive.
About You
