What we are looking for:
Due to a growth of 56% over the last 3 years, we are looking for Support Workers to join our fantastic team in Ely.
About the role:
Our Support Workers provide a person-centred approach to empower people with a learning disability. They create and promote our positive ethos. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for making a difference to people’s lives everyday. This may be helping with essential day to day tasks like shopping or personal care or it could be engaging in activities in the local community. We ask for our team to be creative in coming up with exciting ways for the people we support to enjoy new activities that interest them.

We believe that a good Support Worker doesn’t need to always have the experience behind them. It’s all about having the right attitude and a natural energy for helping others. We also know that many of our current workforce came from a range of different fields such as, retail or admin. We do not ask for set qualifications to start you on your journey, as long as you have a passion for making a difference, then we will give you all the tools you will need to excel and start a fulfilling career.
