Job description
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team and provide assistance to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalised support to clients, including helping them with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and assisting with any medical needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with their daily living activities.
- Provide emotional and practical support to individuals.
- Develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Monitor and review progress against support plans.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of service provision.
- Ensure that all services are provided in accordance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Salary: From £10.42 per hour
