Job description
We are URGENTLY recruiting caring and empathetic full and part-time Support Workers in the Bishops Stortford/ Stanstead area, to cover shifts in children's residential homes. You will be working with children and young people, As a Support Worker, you will be required to help clients with personal care, meals, medication, and social interaction and to support service users to live as independently as possible.
To succeed as a Support Worker, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and good leadership skills. A skilled Support Worker should be able to provide both emotional and physical support when needed to ensure that clients feel in control of their lives.
We are a growing organization and are looking for people who can develop and support the staff team to provide outstanding services to our clients.
Support Worker skills

· Strong leadership skills.
· A qualification in Health and Social Care, CARE CERTIFICATE, NVQ 2 or 3 is preferable.
· Must be eligible to work in the UK? Visa sponsorship is NOT offered
· Experience is preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL as ongoing training will be provided.
