Our staff, support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including supporting with daily living skill development, personal care, community-based activities, and working with some behaviors which may present as challenging.
We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team. NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is required.
Our service users require care 24/7 therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time, this ensures our clients always receive the support that they need. Shifts are 7.5 hours on a 37.5 hours per week contract.
Driving is an advantage but not essential

Experience:
- Care: 2 years (preferred)
