Support Worker / Care Assistant with the ability to show empathy and recognise the importance of putting the individual first, demonstrating a passion for care is required for a well-established care service.
FULL TRAINING PROVIDED – FLEXIBLE HOURS – FULL & PART TIME ROLES
SALARY: £9.50 per hour + Excellent Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: The company has clients in Handsworth, Solihull, Halesowen and Northfield

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Support Worker / Care Assistant with the ability to show empathy and recognise the importance of putting the individual first, demonstrating a passion for care.
Once fully trained, working as a Support Worker / Care Assistant you will support people with all aspects of their daily life, including social and physical activities, personal care, medication and mealtimes. You will be supporting them to be safe, independent and happy!
As a Support Worker / Care Assistant you will join a successful and well-respected organisation that has been in the care industry for over 10 years with a Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating of “Good”. The organisation pride themselves in delivering outstanding person-centred care to vulnerable adults in their home.
Qualifications are not essential to become a Support Worker / Care Assistant. What’s really important is that you’re kind, compassionate and thoughtful.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
As a Support Worker / Care Assistant you will have the following attributes:
You will be a passionate, caring and enthusiastic individual
You will need be approachable, friendly, patient and determined to deliver high quality care to service users
Good punctuality and attendance
Car drivers are desirable, although not essential
