Job description
We are recruiting for Full time Support Workers for our Supported Living Services in Winsford.
We support adults with learning disabilities in supported living properties across Cheshire and Greater Manchester as well as provide outreach support.
Role 1
- Working from a single location at a supported living service in Winsford
- Permanent rota, supporting a young male on a 1:1 basis
- 33 hours over 2-3 shifts and 2.3 sleeps per week (on av., over a 6wk rolling rota)
- Working 7 days out of 3 weeks, 14 days off
- 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday out of 3 weekends
- Driver needed - A Motability vehicle is available.
- £22,500 yearly (Based on £10.50 p/h plus sleep allowance)
Role 2
- Working from a single location at a supported living service in Winsford
- Permanent rota, supporting 2 males as part of a team
- 38.75 hours over 3 shifts and 1.25 sleeps per week (on av., over a 4wk rolling rota)
- Working alternate weekends
- Driver needed - A Motability vehicle is available
- £23,500 yearly (Based on £10.50 p/h plus sleep allowance)
Role 3
- Working from multiple locations at supported living services in Winsford
- Permanent role, supporting male & female service users
- Working as part of a small team or on a 1:1 basis
- Min. 35 hrs over 3-4 shifts with sleeps (on av., per week)
- Hours over a 6wk rota given in advance
- Working alternate weekends
- Driver needed - A Motability vehicle is available for most services
- £21,000+ yearly (Based on £10.50 p/h plus sleep allowance)

General Information -
+ Fixed rolling shift pattern assigned to you so that you know your regular hours of work on an ongoing basis
+ There is lots of opportunity to pick up extra shifts but there is no obligation to do so, as we value a healthy work life balance. You will not be allocated extra shifts if you do not want them
+ You will have access to lots of support from great managers and opportunity to complete an NVQ
+ Progression opportunities do become available and are open to all existing employees prior to external recruitment.
+ You will generally work in the same house on each shift. There is generally no travelling between services once you start work, and you will build strong and meaningful relationships with the people you support and your colleagues.
+ The majority of the people we support have their own Motability Vehicles so for those of you who drive there is normally no need to use your own car.
