Support Worker/Care assistant
We have positions available in our homes in NW of London, NW9, NW4, NW11.
Positions available with immediate start
Day & Night shifts, full-time contract
Pay rate £9.7-£10.10 ph depending on the experience and qualifications
We run half a dozen residential care and 24-hour supported living settings and have created a community.

Your main responsibilities will be:
-Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
-Support service users with medication where required.
-Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
-Carry out housekeeping duties.
-Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
-Ensure service users have access to healthcare.
-Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users
-Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends and wider community.
-At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
-Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
You need to have experience in a similar role - we are looking for individuals who have a real passion for enhancing the experiences of our service users, helping them to live an independent life.
