Job description

Are you an experienced Support Worker/ Care Assistant who is passionate to make a difference?

We support a two year old child who requires assistance for complex care staff with Gastrostomy (PEG), continuous oxygen therapy, nasal and oral suction plus personal care of a baby's needs in his own home for nights from 10pm to 7am.

We are looking for another team member with this experience to join this team for ongoing work in Esther, Surrey.
