Now it’s your turn to challenge the status quo and help us as we look to become Europe’s #1 airline and continue our push to Net Zero – ensuring that your engineering career takes off in the process.
Our Graduate Engineering & Maintenance Programme will see you initially spending four weeks on our robust induction course, where you will be exposed to the heart of our business, develop your understanding of our culture and values and participate in vital training, networking, and business challenges. You’ll then spend the next two years getting stuck into placements within our core engineering functions:
Supply Chain Management
Fleet Technical Management
Maintenance Operations Control
Logistics
Base and Line Maintenance
Powerplant
You will go through a fast learning and development programme in a growing organisation, learning from industry-leading people and being exposed to business-critical projects. The programme will deliver a truly international experience as we offer the opportunity to work with people from many different nationalities, be based in our main office in Luton and in other network locations such as France, Italy, Germany, Portugal or Switzerland.
We’re committed to developing your talent and you will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will provide you with business and career advice, and support you in building a strong network within the organisation. Our Engineering team is over 800-strong and is one of the largest departments in easyJet – so you’ll never be short on support or opportunity, and you’ll get everything you need to get your career off to a flying start.
What you need to join the programme
We want highly talented grads with the right combination of a ‘can-do’ attitude, customer focus, business awareness and commercial acumen to help us to continue driving the Engineering & Maintenance function forward.
You’ll relish working in a high pace, high energy environment, be innovative by nature and have a genuine desire to learn and grow. And as well as being passionate about engineering you’ll hold a degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar disciplines, and be able to demonstrate a strong technical acumen.
To apply, you must be a graduate, or about to graduate, with an excellent academic record, be willing to relocate and have a genuine interest in other countries and cultures.
