Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Cardiff.
Joining our team in Cardiff will be fulfilling and rewarding, offering you stability with the opportunity to grow and develop your career further. Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up The Keys Group Ladder!
Our Cardiff Supported Living Team believe in the potential of everyone we support and our aim is to increase their independence. We support people to maintain choice and control over their own lives by supporting them to develop their independent living skills, enabling participation in community life and pursuing educational, training and employment opportunities.
Experience within the care sector is not essential as we offer full training, however what you do need is the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every day to ensure we move mountains to support people to live happy and healthy lives.

- Supporting people with learning difficulties and/or mental health to gain greater confidence in daily living
- Support people to find volunteering and education opportunities in their local areas.
- Ensuring that each of our service users can make informed choices.
- Encouraging service users greater independence in everything they do.
- Forming good partnership working with Local Authorities, voluntary agencies and community groups.
- Planning a range of activities for service users to partake in.
- Promote social inclusion
- Providing emotional support to clients
