Due to continued growth and success, Lily Housing Project is now looking for support workers to join our dedicated and professional team working with homeless 16-21 years old's in Ferndown, Dorchester & Weymouth.
Lily Housing Project has provided physically and emotionally safe environments and empathic, empowering care for vulnerable children and young people in Dorset for over 21 years, consistently demonstrating positive outcomes which are keys to enhancing their fulfilled adult lives.
We design each of our houses’ interiors with warmth and style for the young people to feel proud and happy about their home. We take great pride in the standard of our service and support within these caring and nurturing environments and know our teams progress and develop professionally as the young people thrive, grow and flourish.

As a young persons support worker, you will nurture and support the young people in your care, supporting them with all aspects of day-to-day tasks and activities. No two days are the same working in supported housing. We offer a comprehensive induction and training program & Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare training available for all.

About you:
Ideally, we are looking for someone who has experience of working within a supported housing setting, and holds, or is working towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent. However, if you don’t have the experience or qualifications yet, but are interested in a profession supporting young people we would love to hear from you. We will fund your level 3 qualification and provide the support you need to successfully achieve it.
