Job description
WORK WITH INDIVIDUAL TENANTS
· Support to a good and adequate level of self-care and health.
· Assisting in reviewing and developing individual programme plans with individual tenants in accordance with their expressed needs and interests.
· Assisting service users to develop and sustain a range of relationships in the community
· Supporting service users with any personal or behavioural difficulties they may have.
· Help develop and implement positive behaviour strategies
· Assisting service users to develop/sustain their interests, hobbies, and activities.
· Facilitate clear communication with service users exploring different opportunities and creative methods of enabling them to fully interact.
· Promoting the physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of service users
· Monitoring, recording and producing reports on the progress of tenants.
· Keywork responsibilities including ensuring overall quality of life and in co-ordinating and affecting all areas of a tenant’s life.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
