WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
· Minimum of 3 months of recent and relevant experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs
· Experience working with challenging behaviour
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients and other staff members
· Passion and interest in providing excellent quality of care
· Clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check
· NVQ 2 desirable, although not required
· Right to work in the UK
