Job description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide support to our clients with physical and/or learning disabilities, helping them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- personal care
- supporting with daily activities
- promoting independence
- social inclusion
You will work closely with the client, their family, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans tailored to meet their specific needs and goals.
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience working with clients with disabilities and/or challenging behaviours. You should be patient, kind, and compassionate, with a genuine desire to help others. You should also be highly organised, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
