Job description
We are looking for a Support Worker to join our team and provide care and assistance to our clients in their homes, care homes, hospitals, nursing homes, residential homes, hospices, extra care housing, retirement villages, and other settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, helping them with daily activities such as bathing and dressing, administering medication, and providing emotional support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to clients in their own homes or in residential care settings.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as dressing, bathing, and eating.
- Provide companionship and support to clients who are socially isolated.
- Monitor the health and wellbeing of clients.
- Assist with medication administration as needed.
- Help clients to access services and resources in the community.
- Provide transportation for clients to medical appointments and other activities.

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
