Contract: Full Time; Permanent

**£500 Joining bonus, plus additional £500 bonus after 1 year of service**

Options Autism are recruiting Young Adult and Adult Care Workers to join our teams within the Powick area. Our registered independent homes offer residential care for vulnerable adults with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities.

Our homes are based in Powick but are within commutable distance of Gloucester, Hereford, Worcester, Malvern and other surrounding towns and villages.


Who we are looking for:

Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria

  • People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
  • Understanding that the people we care for can be challenging
  • Be patient, resilient and calming
  • Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
  • Willingness to learn not only about the people we support, but the ins and outs of Adult care, by working towards a funded qualification in Adult Care Work.
